
Celiac Awareness Month: Chef to Plate 2012

Happy May and Happy Celiac Awareness Month! This is a time to celebrate the gluten-free lifestyle and participate in awareness events that are happening all over the country.
On a national level the Gluten Intolerance Group celebrates May with the Chef to Plate Campaign. Chef to Plate honors those restaurants that are accommodating to the gluten-free diet. When you eat at a Chef to Plate restaurant during May you thank them for accommodating the gluten-free diet. All of the Chef to Plate restaurants will have information to educate their patrons about the gluten-free diet.
